On August 19, gets five new substances classified as narcotics in Sweden. The topics reminds including ecstasy and methamphetamine.
There are substances 5-EAPB, 5-IT, metiopropamin, MT-45 and W-15, which the government has now decided to classify as drugs, according to a press release from the FDA.
5-EAPB has a structure similar to ecstasy, and metiopropamin similar to methamphetamine. MT-45 and W-15 both belong to the group of synthetic opioids. 5-IT has previously been classified as dangerous to be in Sweden, but with a decision of the EU Council of Ministers, the substance from and including October 13, checked that drug.
None of the substances currently used as drugs, they are primarily sold through the internet as drugs. After the substances have been classified as drugs, they will be treated like other drugs, ie, that permission is required for export and import in the country, holding, trading and manufacturing.
Because the seizures of the preparations increased as the number of cases reported by health care, requested the Public Health Agency earlier this year that the subjects would be classified as drugs.
